This data is stored for anonymous statistical purposes and for purposes of data security. This stored data will not be used for other purposes and will be deleted after three months. The data will not be passed on to third parties. The data processing is carried out on the basis of section 6 para. 1 UA 1 lit. f GDPR. The use of Matomo
We use the Matomo web analysis tool on our website. In the variant we use, Matomo works with anonymization of IP addresses. Prior to their potential utilization, the IP addresses are shortened by their last two octets for the purposes of analysing the usage behaviour. This means that a personal reference can no longer be established from the IP address. Also, your IP address is only used in the shortened form to carry out a rough geolocation. Your country of origin and also your access provider ("Internet Access Provider") are determined and stored here. The Matomo analysis tool works by setting a cookie that is stored as a so-called "persistent cookie" as a small text file on your terminal device beyond the end of your visit. The cookie is active for a duration of two weeks and not only does it make the recognition of users who have already been to the website possible, but also the non-personal analysis of the behaviour of users on the website. The legal basis for storing the cookie is Section 6 Paragraph 1 UA1 lit. of the GDPR.
If our offer provides you with the opportunity to enter personal data, your data is encrypted on the way to us by using SSL software and it is protected from being noticed by third parties.
If you make use of our newsletter offer, the personal data required for registration and dispatch will be processed on the basis of your consent within the meaning of Section 6 (1) UA 1 lit. a GDPR. The email addresses for sending newsletters or circulars are saved and only used to send the items you have requested. You can terminate the newsletter yourself at any time using the respective registration and cancellation forms. Your email address is automatically deleted, then.
If, in individual cases, further information is collected from you, you will find additional information on the intended use directly on the input form.
Electronical mail (Email)
Information that you send to us unencrypted by electronic mail (email) can possibly be read by third parties during transmission. As a rule, we are also unable to verify your identity and do not know who is hiding behind an email address. Legally secure communication by simple email can therefore not be ensured. Like many email providers, we use filters against undesired advertising (SPAM filters), which in rare cases automatically classify even normal emails as undesired advertising by mistake and delete them. Emails that contain harmful programs (malware, viruses) are automatically deleted by us at any rate.
If you want to send us messages worthy of protection, we strongly recommend sending us an email using the contact fields offered by the pension institutions on their respective pages. Here, emails are sent in encrypted form so that they cannot be read and changed by third parties in the same way as with encrypted and signed emails.
Please let us also know whether and how we can send you encrypted emails to answer your mailings and whether - if this is not possible - you agree to an unencrypted reply to your letter by email. If you do not have the possibility to receive encrypted emails, please send us your postal address so that we can reply to your messages worthy of protection.
